Massimo Farimbella is a bartender and cigar afficionado from Brescia in Italy’s north. He crafts this mildly sweet and aromatic white vermouth using local moscato giallo, garganega and bianco di custoza grapes from the Lake Garda area.

Lacerba Vermouth The flavour is comparable to amontillado sherry with slight notes of brioche and citrus. The result of blending of 2 extracts to make the vermouth. One is of spices, peels and herbs in the wine and the other infusing olive leaves in grappa. Finally mosto cotto (cooked wine must) is added giving this vermouth a distinct and well rounded palate.

Perfect for sipping chilled or with ice. Deliciously savoury we highly recommend as an after dinner drink or as we love to use it in a white negroni.
